About the role

Our IT Support Engineer will be the primary front line for handling issues raised by fellow Nylanauts. These issues can range from hardware issues, access issues, and/or software issues. You’ll be the support team member across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. You will join a small, but growing IT team and report directly to our IT Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Access management to the SaaS-based applications
  • Handle tech support issues on Macs and PCs
  • Asset management across locations Toronto, San Francisco, Denver, and London
  • Handle application s across varying Saas based Applications, ie: email and documents (Google Workspaces) and Zoom
  • Assisting our People Ops team with onboarding and offboarding duties
  • Equipment procurement 

What You’ll Bring

  • Understanding of Zero Trust and Least Privilege security models
  • Experience with Mac OS and Windows support
  • User creation and management in Google Workspaces
  • Device management, ie: disk encryption, updates, application management, and packaging
  • Asset management experience 
  • Customer service and customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to grow and learn
  • Jamf experience is a plus!

The Nylas office is in the heart of downtown Denver! The office is easy to get to with Union station being just a quick 2 minute walk.
