IT Specialist
The Integer Group is searching for an IT Specialist in our Denver, CO office. This position is part of the IT Department and will report to the IT Director. All responsibilities are general in nature. Specific tasks relating to the responsibilities will be developed with the IT Director.
Responsibilities:
- Agency Support:
- Monitor, triage, and complete helpdesk tickets for a variety of systems and software through a shared ServiceNow instance.
- Support associates with a variety of technology support problems with company-managed equipment and rooms.
- Provide training for employees during the onboarding process, and lead ongoing education efforts.
- Subject Matter Expert for troubleshooting and supporting Apple ecosystem, Adobe applications, video editing applications, font management, and various plugins.
- Account Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Provision and deprovision accounts as specified by notifications in a timely and accurately manner including but not limited to:
- Active Directory
- O365
- Dynamics Records
- Media Ocean / Donovan Accounts
- Inventory:
- Track stock and assigned inventory following IT procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized war room.
- Assist technicians with inventory tracking.
- Repairs and Out of Service Equipment:
- Schedule repairs on defective equipment following IT procedures.
- Order service parts for warranty equipment.
- Schedule and track the transfer of donated or sold equipment.
- Computer Procurement and Deployment:
- Partner with our outsourced helpdesk “Paige” by maintaining the asset database for equipment that is deployed and collected by the helpdesk.
- Retrieve and process returned assets that are up on lease.
- Server Administration:
- Work with IT Systems Manager to manage ACLs.
- Maintain server hardware inventory and determine when and how efficiencies can be maintained and raised.
- Server Maintenance:
- Troubleshoot Level1 server related issues. Work with IT Systems Manager to escalate issues to Level 2 and 3.
- Assist in the backup and maintenance of all systems and servers.
- Complete special projects and/or tasks as required.
- Provision and deprovision accounts as specified by notifications in a timely and accurately manner including but not limited to:
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Apple administration experience.
- JAMF Pro Experience.
- Remote administration and troubleshooting of various apple endpoints.
- The ability to do scripting in terminal commands a plus.
- Familiar with SSO and MFA systems (Okta, Google, O365, etc)
- Knowledge of windows server applications and active directory preferred.
- Bonus points for Linux administration experience.
- Passionate about customer service and delighting users during every interaction.
- Practical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communications skills and the ability to explain corrective procedures to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to handle changing priorities in a deadline driven environment.
- Attention to detail including ability to work with numbers.
- Ability to work overtime with little advance notice.
