About the team:
Our team is responsible for high level support for security on 18 FIS based NonStop servers and 8 Legacy Sungard systems. Support items include Application/Process ID provisioning, configuration of Safeguard and XYPRO software products, maintaining FIS standards and policies on the NonStop environment and planning, researching and coordinating NonStop Projects. The team also supports over 80 Mainframe LPars with responsibilities for level 1-3 support such as, provisioning, audit remediation, security support for new software installs and current software upgrades and other security-based changes.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining all security software on new and existing NonStop systems – including Safeguard and XYPRO production XSM, XOS, XAC and XPQ, monitoring logs to verify access and research inappropriate access attempts and confirm that all security conforms to FIS Standards. You will be responsible for handling on-call duties in rotation with a team-member.
Configure security software and provision Application/Process Ids
Review system security logs, researching issues and troubleshooting security errors
Maintain Cyberark vaults associated with NonStop IDs
Coordinate security projects with System Management and Application Support personnel
Provide 3rd tier support and assistance to Employee Services – Provisioning group
Provide audit and reporting support
What you bring:
IT Background with NonStop Systems including security experience in SAFEGUARD and XYPRO Products
Organization and Communication Skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work with Remote and Offshore Employees
Exposure to Audits
Added bonus if you have:
TACL Programming Experience
Experience with Ticketing Systems (examples: CMS, ServiceNow)
Experience with a Production Support Environment
