IT Program Manager (Remote)

The IT Program Manager, reporting to the Head of IT Governance, will be responsible for driving strategic Operational Excellence initiatives. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders across the organization to understand the needs of cross-functional internal customers, develop solutions to address hard business and organizational challenges, drive training and implementation, and measure success over time.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary program manager for strategic initiatives focused on solving large business and organizational challenges
- Drive implementation of new processes and/or tools
- Drive consensus building and implementation of new initiatives
- Identify and justify new continuous improvement initiatives
- Organize and provide training and documentation for supported tools
- Provide executive status updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Hands on experience successfully managing complex programs, with large, technically-savvy, cross-functional, global teams.
- Experience with multiple concurrent projects with aggressive schedules
- Familiarity with business processes in a SaaS industry
- Familiarity with Agile, waterfall development methodologies
- Product lifecycle end to end management experience
- Knowledge of end to end software and hardware development process and life-cycle
