IT Program Manager, Compliance
The IT Program Manager, Compliance will be responsible for coordinating IT compliance efforts (including but not limited to SOX, SOC, PCI). This person will also be responsible for coordinating cross-functional IT projects that overlap between the Business Systems, Corp IT, Enterprise Data, and Procurement teams as well as cross-functional or confidential projects as assigned by the VP of IT. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, business partnership skills, and organizational skills. S/he will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to clear goals and measurable outcomes, and an ability to learn quickly and work well in teams.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Plan and facilitate meetings/workshops with the stakeholders across IT as well as groups across Udemy including Sales, Finance, Accounting, HR. This can include formulating the topics to cover, building and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up as appropriate
- Act as the Lead Program Manager for IT Compliance efforts in support SOX and other compliance initiatives
- Lead special projects and programs. This includes key strategic initiatives that impact the overall success of the company as well as team culture initiatives to help support a healthy organization. Some projects will span beyond the scope of the group, requiring cross-company collaboration
- Manage communications. These can be internal team communications as well as communications out to the wider Udemy organization
- Support development of presentation content. This can include presentations for executive meetings, organizational reviews and other high value events
- Champion a spirit of collaboration and open communications across the IT organization . Work across teams to advance organizational goals and engender trust including work with Program managers across the company, sharing and developing best practices
We're excited about you because you'll have:
- 5+ years of demonstrated success leading projects and / or programs across teams or organizations
- 2+ year of experience in IT security or compliance

Salary range $95,000 - $143,000 (DOE), + Equity + Benefits (See Below) Note:
Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
