We are looking for an exceptional leader with expertise and skills in business partnership, solution architecture and applications technology in the Lead to Cash domains across Sales and Channel functions.

The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of partnering skills at the strategic level and a track record of flawless execution. This is a very hands-on manager role requiring translation of key capabilities and requirements into functional and technical designs and the ability to lead smooth execution with great quality.

This role should be able to provide technology leadership to all business initiatives from a solution architecture, design and delivery perspective.

Job Responsibilities

● Establish strong trusted partnership with leaders across Sales and Channel , including business stakeholders, operational leaders, system integrators and internal IT teams

● Manage business partnerships including demand and portfolio planning, prioritization, benefit realization, project delivery and quarterly business reviews

● Manage a team of BSAs, solution architects, developers and testers to translate requirements, design, develop and deployment projects to production

● Implement end to end solutions across multiple technology platforms including eCommerce, Salesforce, Zuora, Redshift, Snowflakes and other custom tools to address business requirements with a focus on user experience and data integration

● Deep business, functional and technical knowledge of Indirect Channels including CPQ and Order to Cash business capabilities

● Partner with the Channels organization and implement Partner capabilities like Partner Relationship Mgmt and Partner Portal

● Transform the capabilities related to Carrier ordering, invoicing and billing using APIs, online ordering and quoting portals

● Utilize system best practices when designing, architecting and developing extensions, customizations, reports and integrations

● Coordinate and monitor all enhancements and oversee upgrades, patching, cloning, backup and recovery

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent

● 10+ years experience with 6+ years implementing CRM, Channel and Partner systems

● Must have experience managing global cross functional virtual teams

● Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills

● Should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, highly collaborative who can manage high performing teams
