As our IT Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll partner with our Director of IT to help us accomplish our ambitious goals by providing dependable technology support to the Evolve team. You’ll be leading company wide deployments that all have a significant impact on the technology that is used on a day-to-day basis. We approach our work with a hospitality mindset and we’re looking for someone who will bring that same mentality to their everyday work. You will use your technical knowledge and specialized skills to support, build, implement, and improve technology solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain a stable/reliable cloud based network and system infrastructure including monitoring logs and system performance.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring core Cisco Meraki infrastructure and application integrations across tier 1 platforms.
  • Responsible for security patching, firmware updates, updating deployment images, and management of SSO integrations.
  • Partner with IT Director on IT initiatives as well as research, design and implement company wide IT projects.
  • Assist with Level II and Level III ticket queue, user administration, security, hardware management and any other IT related items
  • Help resolve complex IT issues in a Tier 3 capacity.
  • Work with Helpdesk Tier I/II team on technology roadmap, scaling requirements, and onboarding when necessary
  • Troubleshoot system functional and operational issues and coordinates with internal teams for support.
  • Implement proactive and preventative measures to ensure reliable and efficient system availability
  • Create and maintain process and design documentation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs) to achieve quality of service for IT operations
  • Monitor and test network and application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
  • Serve as user escalation point and assists cross-functional teams (Product, Software Dev) to drive problem solving in root cause analysis
  • Maintain and administration of infrastructure deployment tools.
  • This is a 24/7 on-call position with a rotation schedule.
  • Analyze complex system behavior, performance and application issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to execute projects.
  • Operate as a technical expert on infrastructure projects pertaining to Storage, Systems Management, Cloud Services, Monitoring, File Serving, Capacity Planning, and DR/BCP.
  • Perform IT implementations, performance analysis and optimization, monitoring, problem resolution, upgrade planning and execution, and process creation and documentation.
  • Train/Mentor junior staff members as appropriate.

What makes you a great fit 

  • 7+ years of well-rounded agnostic IT experience 
  • Experience with Applications like Google Workspace,Office365, Box, JumpCloud or other SSO Provider, Azure, AWS, All Client OS’s, AWS, Salesforce, SAML, RBAC’s, 
  • Demonstrated experience managing a large user base of 500+ teammates
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate, and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated - you don’t look for direction, you make it happen
  • Experience with printers, conference rooms, VoIP Phones, and Zoom Rooms
  • A passion for technology and customer service
  • Previous experience or knowledge with PCI DSS and data security programs that are PCI and industry compliant
  • In-depth knowledge of IT architecture, connectivity, and security.
  • Experience with mission-critical IT services and applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Any industry specific certifications: AWS Pro, ITIL, CCNA, CCSP...ect

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! We're currently all working remotely and will be opening up the office in September for our in office and hybrid options.

For this role our salary range is $83,000 to $122,000, depending on relevant experience

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
