We are seeking a technology enthusiast with experience working with desktop and laptop hardware, mac & PC imaging, and providing top notch technology hardware solutions for a remote workforce. This person must have a passion for continuous improvement, new technology & automation, and a desire to create highly efficient processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, process-driven, an excellent communicator, and motivated to provide best in class support.   

What you'll do:

• Image desktops and laptops to send to remote users (primarily a Windows environment with 15% Apple)
• Manage IT inventory 
• Collaborate with Logistics Associate to ship tech gear
• Receiving and processing returned equipment
• Testing gear as it is received
• Inventory tracking of returned tech equipment
• Sanitizing all gear
• Inventory management
• Maintain inventory counts
• Technology recycling 
• Assist with inventory management software
• Warranty management – prepare documentation and send warrantied gear for repair/replacement 
• Manage end of life equipment refresh
• Develop and manage IT hardware implementations, processes, procedures, and internal controls 
• Streamline receiving, testing, imaging, and shipping processes
• Remain current on new developments in the technology landscape and recommend new solutions or improvements to continue to advance the organization
• Contribute to large scale global projects
• Other duties as required

Who you are:

• Imaging experience utilizing SCCM & Jamfwith both Mac & Windows 
• Experience in high volume inventory management role
• Basic inventory or IT knowledge 
• Customer service experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to use metrics for accurate reporting
• Ability to execute with high efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment 
• Ability to make sound decisions when faced with competing priorities 
• Results oriented and can identify the steps to be taken to achieve objectives
• Comptia A+ not required but preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more of equipment safely, multiple times per day 

Compensation & Benefits: 

• The salary band for this position ranges from 35k-45k, commensurate with experience and performance.
