What You'll Do

• Support a wide variety of clients and systems while championing our PEOPLE FIRST mission
• Share your IT knowledge and expertise across a wide variety of environments and IT systems
• Partner with a wide variety of stakeholders to find the balanced solutions to complex problems
• Research new technologies and proactively communicate the benefits to our team and our clients
• Help our team develop innovative ways to scale our products and services so that we can keep up with our clients’ growing demands

Who You Are

• You’re passionate about service - you feel your best when you help people solve their problems.
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and you use those skills to translate very technical issues in a way that non-technical clients can easily understand them.
• You love solving problems and puzzles and you have a knack for troubleshooting things that don’t work as expected.
• You absorb chaos and provide a calming presence to clients even when the stakes are high.
• You believe that taking projects to the finish line means the client is truly satisfied with the deliverable.
• You’re comfortable with (or you’re excited about learning about) all flavors of IT (Macs, Windows, a wide variety software applications and network technologies)
• You believe that taking projects to the finish line means the client is truly satisfied with the deliverable
• You (probably) have 1-3 years of experience troubleshooting or supporting complex products or technology or equivalent education

FieldGuide IT is a young company ready to offer competitive pay and benefits. The total, on target earnings for this position is $65k - $100k+ per year, plus variable compensation based on performance, but the actual salary will vary depending on applicable education and experience. You will receive unlimited PTO, a flexible schedule, and other random stuff including lots of lunch, snacks, and hugs.
