We're looking for an IT Consultant will provide the IT department with the technical abilities to move projects and operations forward in a compliant matter. In addition, you will work with IT management and IT stakeholders to lead and implement technical efforts and work on complex interconnected systems issues.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to communicate technical issues, terminologies, and frameworks to a non-technical audience
• Interface directly with internal users and departments with a professional and positive demeanor
• Assisting the helpdesk when directed
• This position has access to Protected Data
• This position has privileged access to IT infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS
The IT Consultant must have a proven track record for successfully delivering superior systems administration and people expertise. In addition, the ideal candidate is a dedicated and resourceful self-starter who can prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• 6-8 years of systems administration experience
• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Experience with end-user computing platforms including Dell, Azure, Windows 10, Office 365, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Mac OS
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft domain services
• Knowledge of Network systems setup and troubleshooting
• Windows, Server & Mac troubleshooting skills
• Experience with HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, SOC2, NIST
• Ability to resolve basic to expert level hardware, software and connectivity problems
• Experience with Ticketing Systems
