Summary
The Desktop Integration Manager (DTI) will lead and manage a team of IT Asset Management Specialists and is responsible for all ITAM related activities for Arrow Employees in North America. This role will also be responsible for operations management of all ITAM related activities, financial management of all software and hardware assets, vendor relationship management, and management of staff.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for the daily operations of the DTI staff and ITAM management. This includes activities related to placing and approving purchase orders, requesting quotes, tracking shipment and delivery status, documenting updates within the support tickets, verifying asset data, updating the asset management system, and processing invoices.
- Act as a single point of escalation for any ITAM related activity.
- Provide forecasting and coordinate with vendors to ensure appropriate amounts of equipment are available to meet demands.
- Actively manage software maintenance and support renewals in advance of their expiration.
- Manage, monitor, and regularly report on all aspects of the ITAM lifecycle from Procurement through Asset Disposal.
- Ensure that Arrow remains in compliance with industry guidelines and audit guidelines for all hardware and software assets.
- Serve as the point of contact for the full life cycle of hardware and services at IT (request, deployment, procurement, receiving, asset verifications, lifecycle tracking, decom, elimination).
- Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure all asset information is up to date.
- Maintain suite of ITAM and productivity reports and metrics, running ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of asset management policies, procedures, systems, and measurements to manage our asset portfolio, identify risks, and control adherence.
- Explore opportunities and provide recommendations for maximizing or exploiting unused or partially used IT assets to achieve full efficiency and ROI from company resources.
- Exercises management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination, and other personnel actions.
What We Are Looking For
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 5-10+ years of work experience.
- 6+ Years of previous ITAM experience in a large corporate environment.
- 3-5+ Years of team lead or management experience.•
- 3-5+ Years of Service Now experience.
- Familiarity with data reporting, creation and generation of spreadsheets and reports.
- Basic knowledge of PC devices and various associated peripherals.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent Organizational and Customer Service Skills

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$91,600.00 - $157,300.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
