Position Summary   

The IT Asset Management Analyst assists in updating, analyzing, and reporting IT asset data ensuring maintenance coverage over the install base while optimizing maintenance costs manages and coordinates the daily operations of the Asset Management department under the direction of the IT Asset Management Supervisor.  

   

Responsibilities   

  • Maintain and report on all IT asset records throughout the asset life cycle. 
  • Audit, validate, and reconcile hardware and software assets against install base reports. 
  • Prepare uploads to ensure all data changes are accurately captured inside of ITAM system. 
  • Provide accurate data through reporting for annual maintenance and validation. 
  • Prepare in depth financial analysis of IT asset and maintenance costs. 
  • Work with site operations to maintain a list of spare inventories and assist in reallocation. 
  • Provide IT asset information and assistance to various parts of the organization as necessary.
  • Support the IT lifecycle management plan for all equipment, hardware, and software within scope. 
  • Reconcile IT asset disposal reports.
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree in IT Discipline  
  • 1 – 2 years of hands-on IT Support/Asset Experience  
  • ITIL/ Lean Six Sigma certification preferred





The pay range for this position in Colorado is $60,000 - $67,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience.
