About the team

You will be joining a team of seasoned professionals from across the globe that are building the future of Wealth Management software.  The Wealth Management team at FIS is dedicated to delivering the next generation of Wealth products to allow our clients to differentiate themselves in the marketplace.  The Wealth team is taking advantage of the most current technologies to quickly bring new products to market.

What you will be doing

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer and technical architect who likes to contribute new ideas and is willing to put in the work to build their career. Development teams are focused on collaboration with emphasis on producing quality products and speed to market to our Wealth Management clients.

• You will provide technical direction to a team of engineers to build a state-of-the-art solution for our Wealth clients

• You will work closely with business analysts and other team members to understand requirements and architect technical solutions to bring products to market.

• You will be responsible for your own time management for both estimating effort and completing your work within budget

• You will work in collaboration with architects and engineers to create frameworks to be used within various applications

What you bring:

• 10 or more years of use case design and design patterns

• An understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Experience in technical design and applying new technologies

• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and grow

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience with trust accounting applications

• Experience with the Agile development methodology

• Knowledge of Informatica software and data replication

• Java, .NET

• SQL
