IT Administrator
The EverCommerce security engineering team is seeking an IT administrator to support our servers and desktop users, and maintain the integrity of our corporate environments.

Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining Windows environments, including both desktop support and servers
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or a combination of certifications and experience that equate to a degree
- Experience handling support tickets in an IT helpdesk environment
- MCSA or MCSE certificate for Windows Server 2008 or 2012
- Ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable working at a small dynamic company
- Can use good judgment to solve problems where protocol might not exist
Must have working knowledge in:
- Windows networking and Active Directory
- Office365 or Microsoft Exchange
- AWS administration
- Desktop imaging
- Server virtualization
- Server backup and restore
- Anti-virus
- Scripting in VBS and PowerShell
- Regulatory auditing and document collection
Nice to haves:
- Working knowledge of network security, firewall and VPN configuration
- Experience supporting a software development environment at a SaaS company
- PCI-DSS and HIPAA auditing experience
- Scripting in VBS and PowerShell
Responsibilities:
- Respond to helpdesk requests from corporate desktop users
- Maintain corporate domains, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Active Directory
- Manage corporate email using Office365
- Administer remote VPCs in AWS
- Image desktop and laptop computers for new employees
- Manage physical and virtual servers, including backup and restore
- Support Windows and Office licensing
- Identify and source hardware and software solutions for corporate users
- Derive requirements for new IT initiatives, and implement and manage solutions that meet these requirements
- Manage vendors, including MSPs, cloud service providers, IT equipment suppliers, and software providers
