International Clinical Services Strategy Specialist
Location: San Francisco, California or remote

We are hiring a US-based International Clinical Services Strategist with a passion for providing an exceptional patient and client experience. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team of board-certified medical geneticists and genetic counselors, genetic counseling assistants, and a variety of marketing, commercial, and other professionals who aim to bring comprehensive diagnostic and preventive genetic testing to the world. Excellent communication skills and customer service savvy are required. Prior localization experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with other global Invitae teams to identify needs and plan clinical services expansion
- Determine regional requirements, including compliance and regulatory issues to provisioning genetic counseling/clinical services in target regions
- Develop a model to prioritize markets for clinical service delivery; support roll out and build up of services as dictated by demand
- Work with the clinical teams to establish a logistical framework and parameters for launching and building services, and defining and monitoring success by region
- Assist in establishing analytics and metrics and monitoring them to better understand performance
- Collaborate with commercial teams to drive volume
What you bring:
- Prior experience building successful services/launching products internationally is required
- Operational localization, international PM, or experience launching international clinical trials and sites preferred
- Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably healthcare required
- Experience working with data required, experience with Salesforce CRM and Tableau preferred
- Experience working with patient or client-facing teams in a customer obsessed setting
