Skupos is searching for an Integration Specialist to join our growing team. As an Integration Specialist, you will be the point of escalation for our Sales and Support teams to help troubleshoot technical issues with our core product, and help onboard and retain our growing 5,000+ customer base.
As an Integration Specialist, you have a knack for solving complex technical problems. You enjoy understanding the hardware and network/IP setups in retail locations and are comfortable talking non-technical people through technical issues. You enjoy working with people and have a consultative approach to problem-solving. You are excited to get into a company at the ground level and help build something amazing!
What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Be the primary point of escalation for Sales teams when it comes to POS integration setup
+ Completely install and set up new customers with our software remotely
+ Understand complex network setups over the phone with the ability to illustrate them
+ Be the primary point of escalation for the Support and Success teams
+ Work with the Sales, Support, and Success teams to help increase their technical knowledge
+ Develop and maintain sync troubleshooting documentation within the Google SuiteTrack customer interactions via Salesforce
What We’re Looking For:
+ At least 1-2 years in a technical troubleshooting role
+ Excellent knowledge of Windows OS (7,8,10), 32bit and 64bit Task manager and background process familiarity
+ Ability to use command prompt or PowerShell to issue commands at an administrative level
+ Ability to diagnose and configure network settings on Windows-based computers and tablets
+ Ability to understand and explain what IPv4 addresses, default gateways, and subnet masks are on any given network
+ Knowledge of accessing API’s through HTTP/HTTPS protocols
+ Windows file sharing configuration with the ability to access network drives and directories with authentication
+ A problem-solving mindset
+ Willingness to jump in where needed, learn new technologies and work in conjunction with members of all teams
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey solutions through natural language, diagrams, and design patterns
+ Remote connection experience (Teamviewer preferred)

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

As the Salesforce Admin, I am constantly working with all departments across the company. Collaborating w/ this many people requires that I am easily accessible to both SF & Denver offices. To ensure this happens, I set up weekly meetings w/ each team to discuss their needs, as well as a meeting for everyone to attend so we're all on the same page.

The focus on "Learn Fast" at Skupos has given me so many opportunities to advance and understand the industry in an incredibly short period of time. I started with Skupos as a Customer Service Representative and I've moved all the way up to Team Lead for Customer Success. A true Cinderella story!

I am excited to lead a workshop focusing on growing the skills of our management team. Skupos is actively investing in the learning and development of our employees and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this initiative.
