As Engrain’s Information Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the hardware, software and networks that comprise the company’s technology systems. The position reports to the Operations Manager and is focused on processes and strategy related to computer and networking systems and security as well as administration and management of the company’s hardware and software applications.

What you'll do...

  • Manage and maintain company networks by working with ISP provider, ensuring network dependability and service quality
  • Act as the first point of contact for team members and external vendors as it relates to the configuration, installation, repair and technical assistance for company computers, applications, network, software, communication devices and all company owned equipment 
  • Manage company hardware inventory, including hardware procurement, maintenance, repair, upgrade and disablement
  • Manage inbound requests from employees related to hardware malfunction and software access and facilitate interim solutions
  • Manage configuration of all company hardware, ensuring accurate configurations for employee hardware based on employee team and role
  • Manage licensing and access to company supported software applications, ensuring employees have access to the software applications relevant to their team and role
  • Serve as the main point of contact and administrator of the company’s device management programs
  • Serve as the main point of contact and administrator of the company’s video conferencing, phone and chat software
  • Serve as an administrator of the company’s Google Workspace account to effectively manage users as well as govern and support all email applications and functions
  • Manage company security standards on all company issued equipment and as they relate to company supported software applications 
  • Develop strategies related to improving the company’s computer and networking systems and security
  • Document and maintain documentation of all IT related protocols and policy

What you offer us...

  • 3+ years in software environment / operations, preferred 
  • Experience with MS Office tools, mobile device management, and Google Workspace
  • Proficient in both Windows and Mac OS platforms
  • Organized, detailed, team player, and you thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Ability to foster supportive relationships with peers, customers, partners, and executives
  • Must be flexible with a “can do” attitude and have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Problem solving is your middle name
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), listening, analytical, and follow up skills

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: $58,000 - $65,000 annually
