Job Duties

  • The Business Analyst works with talentReef’s Professional Services team, with a focus on the most strategic and complex projects.
  • The Business Analyst works closely with the client’s project team to ensure the customer’s successful deployments of talentReef’s various integration products, tools, and services.
  • This role must have a deep knowledge of Human Capital Management Methodology, common Payroll / HRIS integration patterns and will combine those skills to deliver successful project deployments.
  • Onsite travel with talentReef’s most strategic clients leading requirements gathering workshops.
  • Oversee all integration deliverables associated with the projects.

About You

  • Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
  • Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client’s timelines are met. Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies.
  • Contribute to the customers’ experience with talentReef’s integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high customer satisfaction. 
  • Lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects.
  • Engage where appropriate in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects.

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years implementing SaaS Solutions with emphasis in integration / HCM delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Command of Batch, Web Services, or other integration technologies. 
  • PeopleSoft, SAP, Paylocity, Paycom, ADP, Sage, or other HRIS Systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Cloud Elements, Boomi, Mulesoft, or other middleware experience.
  • Basic front end coding experience (HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery).
  • Project management tools Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Saleforce or other tools.
  • Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
