As part of the Information Technology Team of Reserve Trust you’ll play a critical role in providing front-line IT support to all members of the Reserve Trust Team. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable taking on a wide range of tasks in a dynamic, multifaceted work environment.
This role reports to the Director of IT and will partner and collaborate across all departments, ensuring the staff is supported and assisted with all technology in order to effectively perform their daily responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot ad hoc technology and systems issues
Partner with external vendors on various systems and applications
Provide end user support through answering questions, lending guidance through new systems, and directing end users to the proper resource when needed
Order, ship, and track work from home equipment set-ups to new hires
Ensure proper systems and profiles are uploaded in each new hire set-up
Issue, track, and resolve support tickets
Provision computer hardware on-site
Install and update company software and hardware as needed
Review IT security and compliance concerns
Document complex processes related to applications and IT systems
Basic Qualifications:
Elements of the role include on-site technological support, applicants must be located in the Greater Denver Area with the ability to commute to the Greenwood Village Office.
Preferred minimum of 0-1 years’ relevant experience
Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or work equivalent
Familiar with O365
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Highly proficient in various systems and demonstrated ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000. Reserve Trust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
