Who You Are

You have at least two years of experience in hospitality operations or customer service with an organization known for its superior level of guest satisfaction. You’re organized, you’re personable, and you’ll always go that extra mile to make sure the job gets done and the guest is happy. You are flexible and available to work on the weekends and some holidays. In fact, you might actually prefer to have weekdays off! You have an uncanny ability to uncover a customer’s needs by asking the right questions and truly listening to their answers. Your colleagues are amazed at your attention to detail and the thoroughness with which you follow up and follow through on your commitments. You’re genuine in your approach, and you can diffuse a difficult situation by reassuring customers that you’ve got it handled. And as such, people trust you and value your recommendations.

How You Can Help

InvitedHome Guest Experience Specialists delight our guests through great communication and clear expectation setting. We believe that’s the only way. Whether you’re helping guests understand how to operate the TV in their home, or reaching out prior to their trip to make restaurant recommendations, members of the Guest Experience team play a pivotal role in delighting our guests with consistent, reliable, luxury service. And as our direct line to our customers, you’ll help us improve our operations and services each and every day.

How else?

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience while working in conjunction with our local destinations’ hospitality services teams.
  • Proactively communicate with guests prior to arrival to set expectations, help them plan the details of their trips, including what to do, where to eat, and more.  
  • Gather details about guests before their trips, so we can make their vacations special, amazing, and priceless.
  • Check with guests after arrival to ensure their home meets their needs, and to ask if there is anything we can do to make it their Best.Vacation.Ever.
  • Field guests’ requests during their stays, provide solutions, and dispatch our local teams to respond when necessary.
  • Diffuse situations where something has gone awry, and reassure our guests (and your manager) that we’ve got the solution handled.
  • Assist in developing guest-engagement strategies that provide a personalized way to assist guests with activities and arrangements.
  • Help us build a guest-request database that’s so informative and thoughtful even a novice could field guests’ questions like a pro.
  • Collect feedback from guests after their vacations so we can learn from our mistakes and celebrate our successes.
  • Stay on top of what’s happening with guests in multiple destinations so we can keep surprises to a minimum and get out ahead of problems.
  • Enhance and leverage InvitedHome’s company culture and core values for operational performance.
  • Drive loyalty and growth by building relationships - old and new - with guests, your teammates, and any other interested parties that come your way.
