GTM & NPI Enablement Manager

We’re currently looking for: a leader within our learning and enablement team who will reevaluate and improve existing GTM and NPI enablement processes while building new ones. You will work cross-functionally to prepare internal customers in pre- and post-sales to successfully sell and support new products and features. This includes communicating product updates to technical and non-technical audiences, building supporting content and documentation, standing up and maintaining training and demo environments, and enabling others on the enablement team. You will also be a great coach and motivator who identifies and executes a viable strategy to grow your team.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Creating and delivering engaging, visual, hands-on sales training, onboarding and enablement programs in a mix of sales and post-sales/delivery fields
Needs assessment and gap analysis--dig deep to understand your stakeholders’ needs and independently make decisions to achieve results
Consulting, advising, and innovating to ensure successful go to market activities
Demonstrating the ability to solve complex problems, instigate cross-functional efforts, and build relationships across organization boundaries
Evaluating your learning programs for efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience
Desired Qualifications:
Relevant 4-year degree preferred but not required
Able to organize, synthesize, and redistribute large quantities of information based on operational strategies and stakeholder needs and timelines
Able to navigate technology independently and with confidence
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
You have an unwavering desire to help others succeed
Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Seek continuous improvement; be willing to try new ideas to produce better results
Look for answers wherever they’re hiding, even under rocks you don’t normally lift

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $101,000 and $152,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
