You will oversee multiple teams, including full-time employees and managed services teams for each functional area in a globally distributed staffing model. This position will define the strategic roadmap for each functional area, driving transformation and optimizations of applications and technology, driving key business project initiatives while supporting overall solutions delivery end to end for the products and applications. You will be a hands-on leader, setting the direction for the team and demonstrating measurable results. In this role, you will be the product technology owner responsible for multiple critical systems using a broad range of technologies and platforms, including IBM Mainframe, AWS & related cloud technologies, COBOL, Java, .net, SQL Server, etc. As such, you will be responsible for application stability, uptime and 24X7 support.

For such a critical role, you will need to have demonstrate your leadership experience in leading engineering organizations . A BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 8 plus years of professional experience . Experience in a leadership role is a must. You will have a proven ability to understand the business and to contribute to the technology direction that drives measurable business improvements, along with a history of decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills. You have demonstrated capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.

Your understand computer science fundamentals, data structures hands on experience in modern programming languages (for example, Java/C++), building microservices-based architecture, and cloud-native development preferred . You have a working knowledge of cloud best practices, and recommending optimizations and efficiencies in workflows, processes, solutions, and architecture accordingly.

The on-target earnings range is $192,465. - $256,621. which includes a base salary of

$137,475 - $ 183,301 short-term (20% of base), and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, flexible time off, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
