You will focus on you to develop a strategic vision, strategy, and roadmap that enables and simplifies the business operations of the Data Strategy and Engineering group. The business manager will need to partner across technology, business teams, and product teams to build business cases and track revenue and expenses. The business manager will also lead our annual budgeting activities and manage the portfolio of projects delivered every year. You will also be accountable for executing special projects and strategic initiatives.

For such a critical role, you will need a minimum of eight years of experience in business management, financial management, or corporate strategy. 8+ years of Management / Leadership experience with executives. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and procurement processes. Experience in managing large organizations and transformational programs. Experience in working across a global company and a matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in an enterprise environment. Bachelors or Master's in finance, accounting, strategy, or business management or equivalent work experience Develop a strategic vision, strategy, and roadmap that enables and simplifies the business operations of the Data Strategy and Engineering group.  Partner across technology, business, and product teams to build business cases and track their revenue and expenses. Lead our annual budgeting activities and manage the portfolio of projects delivered yearly. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

The on-target earnings range is $,186,052 -$248 070 which includes a base salary of $132,894 - $177,192 short-term (20% of base), and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
