Position Summary

This position will serve to support our GRC program. This position will operate under the supervision of the Information Security lead responsible for DispatchHealth's compliance programs. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in various compliance frameworks, but will primarily focus on achieving HITRUST certification for DispatchHealth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop policies and procedures to conform with HITRUST requirements
  • Work with an information security lead to perform readiness assessments and gap analyses
  • Help develop effective security processes such as vulnerability management
  • Help manage and implement corrective action plans resulting from HITRUST assessments
  • Communicate with control owners to assess the state of existing controls and to plan for implementing new controls

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with HITRUST and HIPAA
  • Understanding of information security baselines such as encryption and access control
  • Experience as either an assessor/auditor, or managing assessments/audits from a customer perspective
  • Experience planning, managing, and delivering medium to large-scale projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Haves

  • PCI Experience
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint




The pay range for this position in Colorado is $65 to $85 per hour. however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience. This role can be located anywhere in the US and this is a contract to hire position.
