Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Go-to-Market Strategist who is passionate about building a first in class Go-to-Marketing strategy from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, this position is focused on helping build the strategy for merchant and end-consumer acquisition, help identify areas of improvement in sales and customer operations processes (including reporting), help define partnership opportunities, help refine pricing model and incentives, and identify new opportunities of growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a robust Go-to-market strategy targeted at acquiring merchants and SME platforms, as well as end-consumers
• Help Head of Growth with executive presentations to GM and other senior stakeholders
• Create and monitor KPIs on a quarterly basis on merchant, SME platforms and end-consumer acquisition
• Help continuously improve sales systems and processes to meet business goals
• Help monitor and refine pricing model and promotional strategy, striking the correct balance between customer acquisition and profitability
• Help define attractive value propositions for customers and ensure service offering stay competitive and relevant to customer’s needs

Requirements

• Required Go-to Market experience (3+ years) or Strategy and Operations experience with a focus on Go-to-market (3+ years)
• Experience with building Go-to-Market strategies for B2B or B2C products, preferably both.
• Experience with high growth teams, preferably at a tech company
• Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills; ability to capture, analyze, and report on operating metrics
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt to changing priorities in fast paced environment

Nice to have

• Prior working experience in start-up environment or consulting firm, ideally at a FinTech startup/ consulting firm.
• Entrepreneurial track record; we want builders!
