GigSmart is a growing software development company operating within the gig economy. We are seeking a well-rounded energetic, enthusiastic and responsible employee to join our growing team. In this position, you will be expected to complete daily shifts for current GigSmart business clients in the greater Denver area. In this role you will be responsible for working shifts as well as collecting valuable feedback directly from our clients in the field. You will then document this feedback into a professional write up from a template we will provide. These shifts will be across industries and in some cases may require physical labor. 

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with one of America’s fastest growing startups, complete shifts for some of the country’s largest brands, while gaining work experience across many different roles and industries. The hourly rate for this position is $25, minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who is willing to work different shifts each day. 

Responsibilities

• This position will require a flexible schedule with the ability to work shifts at a variety of different times and days of the week
• Check-in each morning for your daily shift assignment within the Denver Metro area 
• Arrive on time, prepared for each shift assignment, and perform task(s) specified by the client 
• Industries you may be required to work in:
  • Landscaping 
  • Warehousing 
  • Food and Beverage (service industry)
  • Delivery Driving 
  • Events 
  • Construction 
  • Moving 
  • Retail
  • Hospitality 
• Gain valuable insight into the client experience while remaining anonymous, creating a mystery shopper type of experience as you complete assigned shifts 
• Produce a detailed write up of the Gig experience, from a template provided by GigSmart, which will include:
  •  Evaluating the company or person you completed work for from the worker perspective
  • Evaluating the client’s experience using the Get Workers app
  • Identify and highlight opportunities for improvement or adjustments in, but not limited to, Gig process, UX, procedures and overall product based on experience and client feedback

Requirements

• Positive attitude and flexibility is a must
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to react and problem solve
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs 
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have your own car and valid auto insurance
• Willingness to commute to different locations each day within the greater Denver area 
• This is a field position and exposure to various weather conditions can be expected
