Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Aggressively drive the team to gain share of the front and back-book portfolio opportunities.
• As the General Manager, you will be assertive and focused on achieving revenue targets for both new sales and the portfolio.
• Responsible for achieving KPI and Revenue growth in the assigned ISV portfolios.
• Proven understanding of Line of Business / P&L metrics to drive business investments and decisions
• Growing the assigned portfolio by managing and influencing Partnership Manager in programs, concepts, solutions and coaching to win business.
• Working closely with product, finance, programs, and other business entities to drive growth of the assigned portfolio.
• Oversees the partner portfolio is satisfied with company projects and services and conducts regular check-ins with all partners.
• Mentors, coaches and develops team members to grow and be successful in their roles.
• Consults with other team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure mutual objectives are met.
• Works closely with internal teams and oversees the relationship with the ISV Partners.
• Ensures that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements.
• Exhibits a deepening working knowledge of company products and services.
• Primary work is performed at an FIS location and work-from-home.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several department leaders within the company. Participates with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations effective achievement of objectives. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
