Alchemy Creative Workspace is seeking a Front Desk/Community Coordinator, which reports directly to the Community Manager and will be responsible for general administrative, office organization, and customer service duties to keep this awesome workspace running smoothly everyday.

Greeting, Hospitality, & Administrative

  • Greet and check-in members and guests; aid with iPad sign-in
  • Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails.
  • Manage member check-ins and check-outs
  • Management/organization of membership and vendor databases
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members
  • Answer “walk-up” member and guest questions or refer inquirer to additional resources
  • Mail and package distribution daily
  • Assist in conference room reservation; and ensure supplies remain organized with each reservation completion.
  • Water plants, make coffee, arrange snacks, etc.; as needed
  • Keep the space clean and tidy throughout the day- countertops, dishwashers, trash, etc.

Events & Community Coordination

  • Attend and facilitate evening and weekend events, as needed
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of events as needed
  • Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support and email/print communications
  • Assist with member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community
  • Operate social media accounts and general messaging/marketing of Alchemy branding
  • Assist in prepare monthly newsletter, assist in managing subscriber lists and mailing campaigns
  • Assist with monthly member networking events or other special occasional events

Building Operations, Management, & Membership Sales

  • Give membership tours for prospective Coworking, Dedicated Desk members, or event clients
  • Convey expectations for move-ins and move-outs
  • Prepare and distribute keys and new member materials
  • Schedule and complete 15 minute ‘ACW Member Orientation’ with new members and ensure they are comfortable within the building clearly understand community norms
  • Assist with building operations to ensure highest level of member experience
  • Create and maintain relationships with building vendors and partnerships
  • Manage inventory supply list and ordering by ensuring list is up-to-date. Plan and place orders accordingly to ensure all supplies are fully-stocked at all times.
  • Overall organization to ensure building is presentable and operating smoothly at all times

Salary: Compensation varies based on experience ($30k - $40K)
