Four Winds Interactive seeks a Front Desk Reception/Concierge that will maintain and ensure the safety and security of staff and customers visiting our Headquarters in Denver, CO

This high visibilty position will welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. 

 

The compensation package will be aligned to each candidate’s experience and qualifications. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the facility is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
  • Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing
  • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client employees and guests
  • Answer questions and assist guests and employees
  • Answer phones or greet guests / employees in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Assists Facilities manager on purchasing, budgeting.
  • Walk throughs & inspections. 
  • General maintanence & repair. 
  • Basic vendor management. 
  • Perform administrative duties for an individual, group, or department. 
  • Prepare reports and correspondence. 
  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations. 
  • Remain knowledgeable of business unit policies. 
  • May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. "Maintain the physical security of organizational facilities. Monitor access to buildings and grounds. 

 

Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
  • Experience working with phone systems
  • Customer service expertise
  • High level of attention to detail
  • HS Diploma required
  • Associates or advanced education preferred.

 

Required within 90 days of starting the position:

  • CPR, AED, & First Aid training & certification 
  • Deescalation - PMAB (Prevention & Management of Aggressive Behavior) or similar training
  • Performs general tasks and completes routine assignments. Receives assistance in the completion of more complex assignments. High customer service role - interacting with all incoming guests and employees to maintain friendly & safe working environment
