Front Desk Administrator
Role Purpose
Responsibilities
- Be flexible, patient, and friendly through changes, growth, and challenges
- Answer, route, and follow up on inquiries and emails efficiently and in a way that exemplifies the Craftsy culture
- Order office supplies to make sure our team has what they need to be successful in their roles
- Follow relevant office policies and procedures around security, access, and safety- we care about our team and guests!
- Create signs, materials, and documents to support office activities
- Work with Office Manager to support cleanliness of office, support team events, and be proactive in creating a vibrant office environment
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist in preparing expense reports
- Book corporate travel for team members and instructors
Basic Qualifications
• Experience communicating effectively to various team members in each department across multiple channels(in person, via email, etc)
• Experience fulfilling similar role or working in a customer-oriented environment where attitude, enthusiasm, and energy were as important as the tasks
Eligibility Requirements
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice as needed
• Must be willing to work in Denver, CO
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
