Then we want you on our team! We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis and reporting, with a proven ability to build reporting that maximizes the impact of Salesforce.com, Clari Forecasting and related data/systems within the organization.
The individual will proactively develop, document and continuously refine the company's sales forecasting program and methodology. The individual will also support the management of all Sales facing data, regularly leveraging Alteryx Designer.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with various key-players across multiple teams (Sales, Finance and Enterprise Applications). In order to be successful, you will need to quickly understand the end-to-end sales processes from lead generation, qualification, territory distribution to closed won opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Act as the internal subject matter expert for Sales Forecasting practices and methodology
* Provide recommendations to sales leadership and the sales operations management team to improve forecasting program design and processes
* Develop and deliver training on forecasting methodology, processes and systems to sales teams and sales leadership
* Partner with the Insights team to promote data alignment and accuracy across the organization
* Complete ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications And Skills
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
* 3-5 years of sales operations support role of which should include 2-3 years' experience as an analyst or SFDC admin role
* Expert at Salesforce.com reporting and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
* Demonstrated problem solving skills, decision making skills, and ability to show good judgment in decision making
* Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
* Positive "can do" attitude and comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an efficient professional manner while meeting deadlines
* Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with account executives, sales leadership, business systems and finance
* Highly tuned conflict resolution skills
Desired Skills
* Experience working with software as a service (SaaS) or other recurring revenue businesses is a plus
* Clari Forecasting (or similar platform) experience is a plus
* Alteryx or Tableau experience is preferred
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to be flexible with changing priorities
