We’re proud to have launched over 3,000 nonprofits operating all over the world, and solving myriad problems for our planet, our fellow humans, and creatures of all kinds.

From large social impact entrepreneurs to community based charities, we help launch nonprofit ventures from “idea” to “IRS tax exempt status” and provide guidance and educational support on nonprofit management and compliance.

For this key hire, we need an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven team member who can deliver an exceptional client experience. We want all stakeholders including employees and clients to feel not just satisfied, but delighted!

We’re a new, lean startup experiencing significant growth and are seeking a top performer who shares our values of self-actualization for all, open communication, transparency, integrity, and innovation. We’re about epic service and having fun, with a “Get sh*t done” attitude!

We’re seeking a  File Processing + Customer Support Manager with the right skillsets and experience to join our client solutions team. You will have the opportunity to work with nonprofit clients of all sizes and industries, helping them navigate complex government requirements to achieve 501(c)3 tax exempt status.

While this is not an entry-level position, resilience and an eager problem solving attitude is what will unlock the serious income potential and management opportunities for the right person.

You will manage and process a number of files of varying size and complexity, and will be responsible for learning, understanding and communicating government requirements, preparing and submitting applications, and consulting with clients to develop appropriate solutions and drive positive outcomes.

Leveraging knowledge of government requirements, systems thinking, problem solving skills, innovation, leadership, and effective communication, the File Processing + Customer Support Manager will drive the 501(c)3 approval process to completion (we’re the fastest & best-rated in the industry) creating raving fans, and repeat business.

The File Processing + Customer Support Manager will work closely with management, providing and receiving feedback on individual growth and how to improve our processes and systems to dominate our market niche - therefore, an “intra-preneurial” spirit is welcome. Your input will be highly valued as you develop better ways of getting things done and help build an awesome company and client culture!
