Facilities Coordinator
About Gusto’s Facilities and Buildouts Team:
We are constantly working to keep up with the incredible growth that we are experiencing in our Denver, San Francisco and New York offices. We are the ones keeping the lights on, our offices comfortable. We’re looking for someone with hands on facilities experience, but also able to handle some project management coordination and administration.
Our facilities and build out team is small but mighty. We work closely with our Office team and have members in all 3 office locations. Some individuals focus on facilities, while others on build outs, this role is special and will touch on both areas.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Daily inspections of the office spaces to identify maintenance needs
- Submit tickets to building management for repairs and maintenance and liaison for the office and building engineers
- Fulfill employee facilities requests and respond to incoming tickets through Jira
- Work with office leads on seating and space planning for new hires, Coordinate office moves, furniture installs and tenant improvement projects
- Create company access and identification badges for employees and vendors
- Willingness to get your hands dirty (no job too small)
Here’s what we're looking for:
- 3+ years of customer facing work experience
- 1+ years experience project managing small to mid sized facilities projects
- A can-do attitude (no project too small)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, customer service and communication skills
