Facilities Coordinator
Peaksware is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our fabulous team in Boulder. As Facilities Coordinator, you will oversee all building-related activities and work closely with the overall administrative team. You will be responsible for maintaining the building's interior appearance and ensuring facilities are well functioning. The goal is to ensure our offices are running smoothly and extremely presentable to clients at all times. Essentially you're a real go-getter with a strong work ethic!
This is a Part-Time Hourly position expected to work 25 hours/week, with a tentative weekday schedule of 8am-1pm.
As Facilities Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Maintain overall office appearance including common areas, conference rooms, kitchens, break areas, and entryway
- Assist with setup and breakdown of offsite company events
- Assemble furniture and fulfill other handyman roles as needed
- Paint and maintain wall surfaces throughout facility
- Sort and deliver mail and packages
- Maintain inventory and regular ordering of office and kitchen supplies, snacks and beverages, printer paper and toner
- Maintain kegerator and industrial coffee machines
- Break down recycling and maintain kitchen-area receptacles
- Set up new employee office furniture as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Previous front desk experience - serving as main point of contact for all guests and deliveries
- Experience in wall painting and touch ups
- Basic computer & G Suite Apps knowledge
Ideally, you also possess:
- Experience tracking and recording expenses
- Experience maintaining an inventory system
- Carpentry, plumbing, or electrical experience a plus
- A sense of humor
