Executive Director, Contract Operations
In this hands-on leadership role, the Executive Director, Contract Operations is responsible for the complete quote-to-contract process at GHX. This position leads a growing team of ten in Contract Operations, providing strategic and operational direction, contractual guidance, and enhanced digital capabilities. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, this position is at the center of the commercial process at GHX and is responsible for making sure all business and legal requirements are monitored and negotiated in accordance with documented processes.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee staff of 10+ for proposals, deal management, contract negotiations, and asset management
- Manage and update an approval matrix with the Global Leadership Team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process gaps as well as solutions
- Enable Sales in the proposal pricing and contract generation processes
- Serve as SME for management and updating of CPQ and contract objects
- Collaborate cross-functionally on deal strategy and positioning of offers and fees
- Oversee the end-to-end deal management process
- Have responsibility for all large and complex deals
- Serve as key point of contact for CPQ and contracting for Government deals
- Create and maintain deal management reporting
- Have responsibility for contract redesign
- Serve as a leader in potential selection, implementation, and rollout of CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, and proactive proposal software
- Oversee Pramata Contract Management software and vendor relationship
- Participate in validation and accuracy of bookings calculations
- Have responsibility for all Sales training related to quote to contract
- Maintain communication levels with Sales leadership to streamline processes
- Participate in customer calls to negotiate contracts

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of education and related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of contract management and leadership experience leading direct reports
- Experience working with executive levels
- Experience in B2B contracts negotiations
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of accounting/financial principles
- Experience in contract drafting and language creation
- Highly adept at working collaboratively across multiple business and technical functions
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to be self-directed with strong initiative
- Sound project management skills and well organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or Conga-Apttus
- Proposals and contract lifecycle management
- SaaS and subscription-based experience
- Healthcare industry knowledge

Estimated Salary range for this position: $120,750 - $169,050The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX's total compensation package for employees.
