Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator
Roameo is building a rapidly growing organization dedicated to removing the barriers to outdoor travel. We believe that the convergence of transportation, hospitality, and technology will change how people connect with nature. Roameo combines upscale mobile travel suites designed for short-term stays and curated travel itineraries to provide a new form of experiential vacation.
The Executive Assistant/Operations Coordinator will have a key role in building & managing the optimal on-the-ground workflow for one of the most innovative companies in the luxury travel space. As an early employee, you may be expected to fill multiple roles and will have the opportunity to influence our future and our team.
Responsibilities:
Seamless oversight of guest pickup, return, and turn-overs. You should have a desire to interact with guests, receive feedback and solve their problems.
Prototypes different schedules/techniques to optimize turnover efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Management of third party technology systems and integration strategies.
Oversee & execute on key business relationships, including insurance, compliance, and regulatory.
Identify & execute special projects working directly with the CEO

Ideal Candidate is:
Someone with 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
Degree or relevant experience in business management or hospitality management
Eager to implement process, but flexible to thrive in a start-up environment
An individual who has very strong communication skills, both oral and written
Able to show a history of demonstrating Data-Driven Decision-Making
Passionate about the outdoors and enabling access to nature
Travel industry experience is a plus
Position Type, Hours and Location
Part-time position, Thursday – Sunday, 5 hours/day, 20 hours/week, $20/hour. Position will be a hybrid of remote and in person work, reporting to our HQ in Dacono, CO. Potential to move to full-time.
