SUMMARY

This position will support the Chief Information and Digital Officer and leadership team; organizes and coordinates executive correspondence and oversees communication projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small environment that is mission and results driven. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, strong written and verbal communication, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple tasks and priorities. The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently on projects, work quickly to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. It is important for the Executive Assistant to be able to interact with all members of the staff while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, and always with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. In this role, personality is equally as important as experience.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and prioritize complex calendar and scheduling needs.

• Serve as an executive concierge and handle a variety of confidential information. 

• Create and implement all IT related communications and documents for the company. 

• Collaborate with leadership team to strengthen and maintain an excellent level of service.

• Assist with team building initiatives and overall support for maintenance of organizational culture.

• Submit and approve expense reports; prepare and approve invoices, SOWs and annual contacts.

• Prepare agendas and coordinate catering for luncheons, IT events and other meetings.

• Lead and manage all IT business meetings including townhalls, lunch and learns, business update meetings. 

• Prepare documents, conduct research, and prepare papers for presentations by IT Leaders.

• Assist with special business projects when there is availability.

• Oversee departmental policies and procedures. 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings. 

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks. 

• Ability to multitask, work independently and quickly adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, staff and external partners. 

• Demonstrate the highest level of customer and client service skills.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required.  

• Three years of experience as a Executive Assistant (Vice President and above) 

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Understanding of Information Technology and business practices. 

 

This role will be working full-time in our office located at 9127 S. Jamaica St. Englewood, CO 80112. Permanent work authorization required.

 

This position pays up to $63,000/year depending on experience, and is exempt.
