An Audacious Mission

Today, coordinating business travel is complex because of competing interests, opaque industry practices, convoluted systems, and bad software.

But we believe that travel is a force-multiplier for growth.

Travel connects teams to new and existing co-workers, partners, and customers. It enables new opportunities, produces unexpected collaboration, and shifts perspectives. That’s why we focus daily on making travel more about why you’re going and less about how you’ll get there.

Our mission is to make in-person collaboration effortless.

The Role

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the CEO and COO are able to operate as effectively as possible. Along with this, as company growth continues to expand at a rapid pace, you’ll ensure office needs (such as equipment, snacks, and various one-offs) are met well-in-advance of them being required. You are motivated by helping others, and you thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You’re a very proactive individual who can identify priorities and needs before others can.

You’ll play a very pivotal and personal role in the lives of the CEO and COO. Meetings and appointments both in and outside of work will be managed by you, and you’ll develop a keen sense of their priorities so you’re able to make scheduling decisions on your own.

Responsibilities:
  • Help ensure the success of our executive team by assisting with the organization, documentation, prioritization, and preparation needed daily.
  • Maintain a productive, collaborative, and vibrant office culture. This could mean organizing team off-sites, events, office supplies, etc.

The Typical Day:
  • Triage the CEO and COO’s inboxes, and assign priorities to messages.
  • Schedule meetings as they come up, and ensure no “double-booking” exists.
  • Review office requests and take action as necessary.
 Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in-person at our office in Denver (we're in RiNo!).
  • Comfortable communicating with VIPs (both electronically and in-person).
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks at the same time.
Note: An offer of employment at Pana is contingent upon passing a background check. This does not include a credit check. All background investigations will be conducted in accordance with the Fair Credit in Reporting Act and other applicable state/local regulations.
