Executive Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving, hands-on Executive Assistant who can embrace a well-paced, dynamic environment to provide high-level administrative support. We need a professional EA that has supported at the SVP Level with 5+ years of experience. We need a candidate that understands heavy calendars, Concur for expenses, PowerPoint for numerous presentations, Excel for budgets, Event Management & Coordination, strives in a team environment, knows proper business etiquette, understands confidentiality and can be a business partner for their executive and is ok with some travel. Previous experience, international and domestic travel arrangements, board meeting preparation, as well as knowledge and expertise in the customer experience are required. The individual should be an effective communicator who can embrace our technological unified communication business and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the Executives' schedule
- Liaise with external and internal C-suite Executives and Staff
- Interface with top level executive, staff and occasional visiting clientele
- Collect and prepare information for executive staff and customer meetings
- Book travel, provide directions, provide documents as needed, and file expenses for reimbursement
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality attention to detail
- Use tact, discretion and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information
Requirements:
- Experience supporting SVP/VP level executives at a publicly traded company
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Ability to anticipate executive needs with excellent organization skills
- Powerpoint expertise
- Strong, professional presence and presentation with polished verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing relationships, scheduling and material creation for Board of Directors and Executive Staff, Company as needed
- Willing to travel, up to 25% per month.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture
- Multi-tasking, project management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High proficiency of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities

- High attention to detail and ability to maintain a high commitment to excellence
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
