Reporting to the CEO, you will be the glue that keeps our management team running well at their fast pace. You must be a sharp, personable, highly-organized EA to support multiple executive leaders, and you will communicate with and support a wide variety of people including employees, customers, partners and investors.
Responsibilities:
This role is for a self-starter who will anticipate the needs of the team and effectively resolve admin and operational issues before they even arise. You will take on a wide range of administrative support tasks such as: coordinating calendars; scheduling meetings; arranging travel; scheduling interviews and managing the interview process; managing a contact database; and welcoming visitors. You will often be the liaison for email communication with key partners and clients.
Key skills required:
This is a key and demanding role: You will have to demonstrate that you have an irrepressibly positive attitude, you are persistent, and you have a tendency to take responsibility or ownership. You have enough experience and intelligence to have good ‘common sense’, yet you are approachable, flexible, and feel nothing is beneath you. You will move with a sense of urgency, be assertive but kind, and know when to insert yourself into a conversation. You are "running the ship" and it's important that you can get the temperature/rhythm of the execs as well as the team. And last, you must have G-suite experience.
Ideal background:
Could be from any background where the key skills have been demonstrated, but candidates with experience as an EA with C-level exposure will be prioritized.
