Job Description

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer. Your role as our EA is to enhance our leader’s effectiveness by providing information management support, managing travel and expenses, and representing the Executive to others in a positive way. Necessary skills for this position include having a high degree of business sense and a proven ability to persuade people on behalf of the Executive they support and represent. We are seeking someone who is a forward thinker and highly proactive in order to stay a step ahead and anticipate the needs and requirements before asked.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the CRO and other executive's time and calendar; Independently schedules appointments and meetings
  • Manages and delegates correspondence and invitations on a weekly basis
  • Works with our sales leadership and sales excellence team to plan and execute our yearly sales kick off week
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries
  • Ensures the CRO and other executives within the department are prepared with the necessary materials for all meetings
  • Answers incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible
  • Arranges events/conferences with staff and vendors including venue selection, catering, invitations, and budgets
  • Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Exhibits strict confidentiality with all information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, compensation, appraisal scores, and promotions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and 2+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Confidentiality and professionalism
  • A high level of computer expertise required, including MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce is a plus!
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment 
  • Must exhibit service excellence towards all with whom he/she comes into contact
  • Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills
