Role Purpose
Bluprint is searching for an Executive Assistant who will support multiple members of our Executive Team including the CEO and founder. We’re looking for an EA who will provide high-level, comprehensive and confidential administrative support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update calendars in a fast paced, multi-variant environment, optimizing for audience, time and efficiency without neglecting the details (room reservations, A/V, catering, and troubleshooting scheduling conflicts)
  • Serve as the primary contact and gatekeeper for communications to the CEO
  • Schedule appointments/meetings/travel and manage tasks for CEO (professional and personal)
  • Produce correspondence (primarily email)
  • Data entry and contact management
  • Prepare various reports, and presentations, including expenses
  • Special projects
  • Work closely with Bluprint’s other Executive Assistant to schedule and coordinate internal meetings, board meetings, interviews and company events; including arranging all necessary logistics with internal or external contacts
  • Represent Bluprint in the best light possible to a wide variety of audiences regardless of the situation (via email, in person, on the phone)
  • Take on monthly reconciliation of credit card and expense reports
  • Prepare or collect presentation materials for company meetings and other meetings as directed
  • Develop strong relationships across the Bluprint team

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of four years’ experience providing administrative support in fast-paced business environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience supporting one or more senior executives making independent, complex decisions
