About You
Notion is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the company and our CEO, Brett Jurgens. We are looking for a candidate who is extremely detail oriented with great verbal and written communication skills. You will work closely with Brett and will have the ability to exercise good judgment, proactively seek opportunities to improve, propose solutions in a respectful and friendly way, and balance multiple priorities. And, of course, your ability interact and communicate with Brett (and handle his sarcasm!) is a must.
The right person will have 7-10 years of experience supporting C-level executives. You are adaptable and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be well organized, flexible, polite, energetic, fun, and ready for every day to be different!
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Notion’s CEO
- Heavy calendar management, including extensive meeting coordination, both internally and with high level executives and assistants at other firms, and across time zones
- Email dictation, must be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently produce error-free work product
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO on a regular basis
- Writing, editing, and organizing a broad range of internal and external communications
- Organizing, maintaining, and filing expense reports and administrative files
- Help HR / Office Manager with tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 7+ years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Able to serve as a kind, but firm gatekeeper for the CEO
- Proven ability to prioritize his/her own work and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential materials
- Makes good judgment calls and discerns urgent matters from those that can wait
- Have an "I'm here to help" attitude in every interaction
