Executive Assistant - T-Mobile H&E
The Executive Assistant will perform dedicated secretarial and administrative duties for multiple Vice Presidents. Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment. Requires knowledge of corporate policy. Often called upon to interpret and communicate an executive's intent to other managers. May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. Work under minimal supervision on complex projects and may assist less experienced peers. Event planning experience is required. This role would also provide general administrative support to the SVP's direct reports.
Must be highly organized, have good interpersonal and time management skills. Requires an aptitude for positive customer service (internal and external) interactions, change and innovation, strategic thinking and relationship building. Must be result oriented and demonstrate sound judgement.

Manage executive schedules, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc.
Organize receipts and submit online expense reports for executives
Maintain a list and communicate with executive on upcoming commitments, calls, meetings, events, travel, etc.
Manage the executive’s contacts file and periodically update various contact lists.
Solicit input, develop agendas and organize attachments for various regularly scheduled meetings.
Support the executives by performing advanced-level administrative work of a complex nature including planning, coordinating, organizing, and producing work that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Assist with on-boarding and integrating new employees.
Coordinate interdepartmental activities, meetings and data to gather information on behalf of the executive.
Special projects as assigned.
5+ years supporting executive leaders, may assist less experienced peers
Expert ability to prioritize, plan, schedule and organize multiple projects simultaneously according to importance of projects or tasks assigned.
Expert level of understanding regarding current office practices, policies, procedures, and services of department
Expert level ability to interact and communicate effectively, tactfully and respectfully with others in all possible situations
Expert level skills in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
