Your Impact:

Handshake is hiring an executive assistant reporting to the two VPs of marketing at Handshake (one on the Education and Student team and the other on the Employer team). In this role you will partner closely with Handshake’s marketing leadership on everything from calendar management & scheduling to org-wide communications & initiatives to team morale & offsites.  We’re looking for you to be a strategic partner making smart decisions on our behalf, not just someone who executes on orders.

Although you will start as the EA to the VPs of marketing, this role will ultimately report to the CMO upon hiring.

Your Role:

  • Managing the (2) VPs ever changing calendar & commitments

  • Helping keep our rapidly growing marketing organization informed & connected

  • Coordinating with external partners & internal PR teams on CTO’s speaking engagements

  • Driving the day-to-day administration of the organization

  • Owning the details

  • Planning travel, offsites, team events, & more

Your Experience:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives overseeing 100+ person organizations

  • Experience supporting executives with high cross-functional touch points

  • Experience in high growth / hyper growth organizations

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator

  • Extremely organized & detail oriented

  • Highly adept in G Suite tools

Bonus Areas of Expertise: 

  • Experience working with distributed offices & remote employees

Compensation Range

$95,604 - $140,619
