The Customer Support position is an entry level role where you will learn the Church Community Builder software, our support processes, and what it means to provide care for our church partners. 

What you'll do:

• Consistently resolve basic software questions through email cases
• Accurately capture case notes and activities in a clear and concise way
• Categorize cases upon case closure to help inform root cause of customer contacts
• Gather necessary information to advance the case to higher-skilled support personnel when necessary
• Be responsible for accuracy and timeliness of case notes, regular customer follow-up on open incidents, and quick resolution of reported incidents within customer expectations
• Develop a thorough understanding of all services provided in Customer Success in order to speak intelligently about options to customers
• Correctly route all incoming calls 

What you have:

• 0-2 years of customer service experience
• Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
• Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience using Church Community Builder software preferred
• Experience with iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, web browsers, and hardware (tablets, label printers, barcode scanners, MICR readers/check scanners, etc.) preferred
