Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact Students by telephone who have expressed interest in various Galvanize programs 
  • Set appointments for enrollment officers 
  • Offer outstanding customer service to all campus prospects 
  • Maintain excellent daily communication with enrollment leadership and enrollment officers 
  • Meet minimum dial daily/weekly output expectations 
  • Successfully meet daily/weekly KPI expectations 
  • Maintains all Galvanize systems, including but not limited to Salesforce and RingDNA
  • Answer student questions and/or guide students to the proper department as needed 
  • Continually learning more about Galvanize programs and services 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role 
  • Possess excellent verbal communication and active-listening skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask; able to actively listen, type and research information simultaneously 
  • Strong computer skills. Use of Mac laptop, Gsuite and Slack on a daily basis. Additionally, this role involves utilization of a web- based telephone system and appointment setting software. A general appreciation for technology is preferred
  • Adhere to all Salesforce processes 
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to change
  • Possess a high level of self-confidence, high energy level and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Dependable (good attendance is a requirement)
