Enablement & Training Manager
Healthgrades is focused on providing trusted information that helps consumers and providers make meaningful connections. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for learning and helping sales professionals maximize their success. As part of the broader Healthgrades Learning Enablement team, you will ensure Customer Success Directors are well-equipped with the content, training, knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to be effective in having the right customer conversations to drive success and adoption in a dynamic environment. As an Enablement & Training Manager, you will build programs for new hire sales onboardings, product training, and integrated solution sales training, as well as provide a variety of additional resources to support the sales team throughout the buyer’s journey.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a bridge between product, sales leaders and marketing stakeholders to develop new and ongoing sales training and learning curriculum for Healthgrades’ Solutions & Services
- Consult with subject matter experts to design sales training sessions, create self-guided eLearning courses and certification programs, and create sales enablement resources and other job aids
- Facilitate and/or lead live Zoom training sessions
- Partner with other members of the Learning Enablement team to bring your programs into new hire onboarding and other sales training tracks
- Develop and monitor performance frameworks for your programs
- Develop creative and new approaches to make remote learning effective
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer success and/or enablement training at a healthcare technology company, with direct exposure to the customer success team and helping drive business outcomes
- The ability to develop project plans with milestones and deadlines and work with multiple partners to completion
- Experience integrating solution selling methodologies into product education and certification
- Experience blending sales curriculum formats from self-paced to live/virtual role-play
- Experience working with sales leaders to develop enablement plans to address their needs and measure success
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization, including peers, partners, sales executives, account managers, and customer success managers
- Exposure to LMS, eLearning tools, and knowledge management platforms is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $95,000-$105,000 annually*
- Bonus: up to 5% annually
