At Cloud Elements our customers experience and making them successful is one of our most important tasks. Given that our customers pay us over time customer satisfaction, retention and growth are keys to our longevity.  In this role you will be a major contributor on the Customer Success Team in ensuring our customers and partners find value in our products and grow with us. If you have built education programs for customer-facing teams (customer success, sales, pre-sales, solution engineering, etc.) and customers in the past, and can plan, coordinate, and execute flawlessly then you will do great in this role.

 

We are looking for an experienced Enablement Program Lead for a newly created role to build out our Training and Enablement programs for both Cloud Element Partner Ecosystem and our Customers.

 

This role is key to enabling scale for Cloud Elements newly formed Partner Alliance Organisation as well as scaling continuing customer growth.

 

Collaborating with leaders, sellers, subject matter experts, across the entirety of Cloud Element from sales to through to product, this individual must own the lifecycle and delivery of the enablement programs they design. This entails strategy/planning, development, communication and awareness, facilitation, and ongoing maintenance.

 

Relationship management with the content contributors/subject matter experts, as well as the target audience of Cloud Elements Partner Ecosystem and Customers, will be critical for the success of this role.

 

Starting with the near term needs from our recent partnership with SAP and their System Integrator ecosystem.  Ultimately building a repeatable set of training and enablement assets and methods plus communications channels that allows Cloud Elements to scale both through our partner ecosystem as well as for our direct customers.

Early stages of this role will require hands on time with Partners and Customer to assist in delivering as well as creating program content.  Hence Cloud Elements seeks a confident communicator, comfortable running partner and Customer interactions, trainings and Workshops, speaking in front of large or small groups in person, via the web or on the phone.

In This Role, You Will

  • Collaborate with Customer Success & Partner Alliances leadership to identify enablement needs and execute with limited over site

  • Create and own ramp up of Enablement Program for Customer & Partners

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization; continuously conduct needs assessments and develop timely and relevant training programs accordingly

  • Design, develop and implement Partner and Customer enablement and training programs and resources in partnership with SMEs across the organization. Reviewing the specifications and user stories, and experimentation and turn it into easy to understand documentation and enablement pieces for Partners and Customers

  • Codify for reuse any current ad-hoc enablement efforts

  • Coordinate and/or facilitate at various events and training sessions to scale the Partner enablement  programs you create to the Partner and customer audiences

  • Create, execute, and manage onboarding content for partners add this content to existing programs or deliver as net-new

  • Develop and manage implementation of all training programs including: instructor-led training materials, workshops, e-learning, tutorials, reference guides, and presentations

  • Create and manage the enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need for Customers and Partners

  • Support ad hoc pre/post-sales and partner ecosystem enablement special projects as needed

About you:

  • 4 year degree, preferably in CS or other technical training

  • 8+ years  of software experience, technical writing, training or other time spent in a customer facing and technical role

  • Knowledge of SaaS, IaaS industry, API development and Cloud companies

  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills

  • Partner development / sales experience, with outstanding customer service skills and business acumen

  • Program and project management skills to develop, communicate and execute training plans and programs with minimal supervision

  • 20-30% travel to include international locations
