The Opportunity
As a leader in data analytics, organizations of all sizes all over the world rely on the Alteryx Analytic Process Automation Platform to deliver high-impact business outcomes and rapidly upskill their modern workforce. At SparkED, the education program by Alteryx, our mission is to empower learners of all skill levels - across all disciplines - to develop the skills needed to question, understand, and solve with data.
We are looking for a talented individual with teaching and support experience in the academic community to enable faculty to teach Alteryx technology to students and provide software and license support. In addition, the ideal individual will have previous analytical experience working with relational databases, business intelligence platforms, and/or predictive modeling software. Additionally, they will have significant experience training teachers and faculty at all education levels (primary through higher ed.). Experience teaching others on the concepts and usage of analytic process including predictive analytics is a significant plus.
Location: Broomfield, CO is preferred, open to remote areas
Responsibilities

• Work with the Americas Education Business Development Manager to recruit and enable new faculty in-region per the Americas SparkED program growth plan.
• Contribute to the creation of strategies for the program against key objectives and budget.
• Represent the SparkED education partners collaborating with the key cross functional departments on matters of delivery as required.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-person and online faculty/instructor training for SparkED education partners.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships, customer service and technical support for various time zones.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in delivery of courseware and related business experience in the data analytics industry.
• A working knowledge of data analytics; Alteryx certification a plus.
• Experience with in-person and online instructing methods and delivery.
• A proven understanding of Data Analytics in secondary and post-secondary education levels; instructing experience at one or more levels is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to get results, able to monitor activities, analyze data, identify problems and develop solutions.
• Provide technical support on core products taught by Alteryx SparkED education partners.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
